Brandon is the visionary leader at GoodThreads. Think serial entrepreneur meets undercover nerd wrapped in a former D1 athlete’s body. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and empowering his team to achieve their goals in the smartest, most efficient way possible. Besides his insatiable desire to help nonprofits fulfill their mission, he loves reading, CrossFit workouts, and laying in the corner spot on the couch watching ‘SC football.

Aaron Wiener, Founder and COO

Aaron is the person that turns the strategic vision into a reality at GoodThreads. He’s on the front line getting his hands dirty making sure GoodThreads is exceeding all of our clients expectations in all aspects of the business. He’s on a mission to help nonprofits achieve theirs. When not working, he loves spending time with the family, going on hikes, reading technology blogs and watching any kind of sporting event there is.

Nishit Rathod, Founder and CTO

Nishit is the leader charged with enabling the company vision through the smart and efficient use of technology. He has considerable experience in managing teams of different sizes and configurations, working with different kinds of technology platforms, and building scalable solutions for a variety of industry segments. He particularly enjoys solving seemingly complex problems with simple creative solutions. In fact, he enjoys lots of creative pursuits—music, writing, painting, and more.

Darin Barton, Vice President of Operations

Darin runs operations for Good Threads. With a background in accounting and operations, it’s his job to ensure everything you get from us arrives on time and with excellent quality. When he’s not running the Ops department like the commander of Seal Team 6, he’s annoying his friends with old jokes from his stand up comedy days.

Andrew Urban, Vice President of Business Development

Andrew Urban leads our sales and business development efforts. With over 18 years of sales, marketing, and partnership experience, including over 11 within the nonprofit sector, Andrew works hard to bring together solutions that work for our clients and our partners. An admitted tech-nerd, he loves the latest gadgets and online tools of all kinds. When not at work, he is a history buff for biographies and philosophy, swims, plays the occasional round of golf, and loves spending time with his busy family.

Courtney Scott-Howard, Vice President of Marketing

Courtney loves telling anyone who will listen about GoodThreads. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications and has worked with a number of companies in the social good and nonprofit space. She is responsible for making sure the team stays on message and that GoodThreads has a rockin’ marketing plan. In her free time, she makes it her personal mission to try every food truck in town.

Bob Hayes, Director of Distribution

Bob, known as Cousin Bob, has been distributing products for some 30 years. Wearing many hats in his 25 plus years with Cardinal Health, Bob’s final eight years with Cardinal, he held the title of Western Region Operation/Distribution Manager for Hospitex, The Hospital Linen Division for Cardinal Health. Bob retired from Cardinal in 2005 to pursue his true love, a coaching career with Sacramento City College, where he was the hitting coach for the national ranked Panthers for five years. Brandon’s father Roger, pulled Bob out of retirement to work with Brandon and this fine group of people.

Lee Johnson, Director of Sales

Lee is a solutions-oriented thought provoker, looking to provide ideas to nonprofits that are ready to engage in new ways of doing things. His background includes planning large events and improving business practices and he is confident that GoodThreads is a solution nonprofits won’t want to operate without. This small town farm boy enjoys far away lands, experimenting with cuisine, making delicious concoctions from grapes, and enjoying great dinners with friend and family.

Debra Askanase, Director of Social Engagement

Debra is the all-around social media gal. She worked for years at nonprofits, in every position from community organizer to executive director. For the past three years, Debra has worked as a digital strategy and social media communications consultant. She’s our online engagement pro, and uses it as an excuse to try out all the shiny new social media tools and channels. When she’s not plugged in, Debra loves a good mystery novel, running outdoors, and trying new kinds of stinky cheese.

Ana Khachatrian, Client Success Manager

Ana loves all things tech and working with clients to ensure a positive experience. In her spare time, she helps manage a non-profit in her hometown and has established two community gardens. She is obsessed with anything and everything related to music and loves to read.
