Brandon is the visionary leader at GoodThreads. A former college football star, Brandon is truly an undercover nerd who is skilled in business and passionate about helping others. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and empowering his team to achieve their goals in the smartest, most efficient way possible. Besides his genuine desire to help nonprofits fulfill their mission, he loves reading, CrossFit workouts, and laying in the corner spot on the couch watching ‘SC football.

Aaron Wiener, Founder and COO
Aaron is the person that turns the strategic vision into a reality at GoodThreads. He’s on the front line getting his hands dirty making sure GoodThreads is exceeding all of our clients expectations in all aspects of the business. He’s on a mission to help nonprofits achieve theirs. When not working, he loves spending time with the family, going on hikes, reading technology blogs and watching any kind of sporting event there is.

Kelley Kaufman, President
In addition to setting the strategic vision for the company and overseeing day-today implementation, Kelley is responsible for making sure that GoodThreads is doing an amazing job of telling its story and that our nonprofit partners are leveraging their stores into successes. She brings to the table a decade of marketing, communications and business development experience, several years of which were spent in the nonprofit space. When not at work, Kelley can be found on a yoga mat, hiking up a mountain, or being silly with her niece and nephews.

Nishit Rathod, Founder and CTO
Nishit is the leader charged with enabling the company vision through the smart and efficient use of technology. He has considerable experience in managing teams of different sizes and configurations, working with different kinds of technology platforms, and building scalable solutions for a variety of industry segments. He particularly enjoys solving seemingly complex problems with simple creative solutions. In fact, he enjoys lots of creative pursuits—music, writing, painting, and more.

Darin Barton, Vice President of Operations
Darin runs operations for Good Threads. With a background in accounting and operations, it’s his job to ensure everything you get from us arrives on time and with excellent quality. When he’s not running the Ops department like the commander of Seal Team 6, he’s annoying his friends with old jokes from his stand up comedy days.

Lee Johnson, Director of Nonprofit Partnerships
Lee is a solutions-oriented thought provoker, looking to provide ideas to nonprofits that are ready to engage in new ways of doing things. His background includes planning large events and improving business practices and he is confident that GoodThreads is a solution nonprofits won’t want to operate without. This small town farm boy enjoys far away lands, experimenting with cuisine, making delicious concoctions from grapes, and enjoying great dinners with friends and family.

Ryan is a driving force behind GoodThreads’ sales and business development efforts. With many years of sales and marketing experience, Ryan strategically implements and executes effective business solutions that build deep-rooted and successful partnerships with our customers. When away from the office, Ryan can be found working up a sweat in the gym, hiking his favorite trail, racing down the slopes to provide emergency care as a Ski Patroller, or responding code 3 to protect and serve the community as a Volunteer Firefighter.

Erin Brewster, Campaign Success Manager
Erin manages our non-profit partnerships to ensure each campaign is driven by innovative ideas and individualized support. With a background in online marketing and a passion for helping non-profits to reach their goals, Erin approaches each campaign uniquely and believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach. When Erin is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, teaching Sunday school, working out, and cooking.
